EpSxE- running too fast

im playing harvest moon back to nature and the game runs really fast. It would be like running pj64 with limit processor off. how do I slow it down?


edit: also, can I couple keyboard keys with a joypad? it seems stubborn at letting me do so..

btw: im using this joystick

What gpu plugin are you using. If you are using pete's or peop's plugin then make sure you have "use fps limit" checked and "auto-detect fps limit/frameskipping limit" selected and your game should run at normal speed.
