Emulation on GPX2 - Possible?

Not efficiently, no. Those ARM processors, even in tandem, aren't nearly fast enough.

And without anti-aliasing and sound and with frameskip?

Frameskip + 3D = nono.

Without sound, it would help, but I doubt it could be 100%. AA shouldn't be considered anyway, I doubt the GPX2 is capable of it.
