Double Assign

How do you Double Assign keys?
EG 2 buttons for the c buttons

I'm using a ps2 controller, and i want to use the right anolog as a c-stick and use triangle and O for the down and left

Jabo's DirectInput7 1.5 allows you to do this

Well, I'm using 1.6 and i downloaded 1.5, but neither allow me to double assign
