dolphin wont work. please help

hi im running win xp pro 64 and i am trying to run pacman through dolphin and a window comes up saying boot. and then another window says in has encountered a problem and needs to close. can some one help me.

simple Dolphin is not so advanced yet.
U will have to wait.
