OK, this could take a while, so I just wanted to inform you of that.
FIRST:
A pop-up box comes up saying "PANIC: Error creating directory. ./User/Cache/: 3"
SECOND:
When I try to load SSBM, it says "PANIC: Failed to load DSP plugin Plugins/Plugin_DSP_HLE.dll"
THIRD:
After I click OK, another pop-up box says "PANIC: Couldn't init the core. Check your configuration."
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

-I am using Windows Vista, and have tried running it as administrator, and I suspect it is something invlolving one of the .dll files.
-The version of Dolphin I am using is Dolphin SVN R 1546.
