Dolphin Error HELP!

I have Dolphin SVN R 1546, and i downloaded msvcr71.dll cause it might be necessary for the emulator to run. When i run the emulator a PANIC message comes up saying "Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_PadSample.dll - unknown error" and right afterwards another error message shows up saying "Failed to load plugin Plugins/Plugin_VideoDX9.dll - unknown error" Could anyone help and tell me why this is happening?!
My specs are:Intel(R) 82865G Graphics Controller
1024 x 768 (32 bit) (60Hz)

Update your DirectX or use the OpenGL video plugin. Use the Njoy controller plugin instead of the padsimple. After that, you can tell us what game you're trying to run and we can tell if it's even possible to play that game, then you can tell us your real specs, like your Processor specs and video card info.

Also, why are you using such an old revision when they are up to R3538 now?

You can stop trying to get Dolphin working with that integrated Intel chip of yours - it's not going to happen.

Or... you can use Direct3D plugin, it's DirectX dependant
