Does the 32bit version of Dolphin support Dual Core?

Hi, I just got a new PC and, while I'm not sure if this is how far GC Emulation has come, Twilight Princess is running at a very slow 2.5FPS average and looking very jaggy (more so then it running on the actual hardware). I have a Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.33Ghz, 2GB DDR 2 RAM and a 512MB Nvidia GeForce 8600GS Graphics card. I'm also running Vista Home Premium (don't tell me to downgrade, I will simply ignore your post)

I'm wondering, does the 32Bit version of Dolphin support C2D? I'm rather surprised it's being this slow on a machine like this, I was wondering if it was only using 1 core.

Any suggestions?

Only the latest 64-bit version has any multi-threaded optimizations. But aside from being multi-threaded, it's just plain faster (even on single core CPUs) than the older 32-bit version.

One assumes there's gonna be dual core support in later 32 bit versions... right?

yes but dual core wont gain much performance so dont expect much...
