Disabled reputation?

It says my reputation is disabled. The rep icon is black. But I have gotten no Referrals, or anything negative. Why is it disabled?

Because you haven't enabled it in the UserCP options yet. The reputation was probably introduced when you weren't around and when you came back for some reason it is disabled. Just a guess.
