DEmul windows icon

Is there a way to replace/customise the DEmul windows PC desktop shortcut icon to a blue swirl? All my emulators have blue theme (MAME, PCSX 2, PPSSPP, Dolphin) even Kodi is blue! This DEmul icon doesnt match, so i want it edited. What programs can i use that can do this? or if anybody here is creative... edit one for me? Just replace the red swirl with blue, then tell me where to add to the DEmul program on my C:
