Cutscenes of MM or OoT

Is there a way to break free of cutscenes in Ocarina of Time or Majora's Mask? If there is, how? Much appreciated if someone finds (or makes) one!

i dont think that cheat exists yet, however; the debug rom of LoZ: OoT has a function to skip scenes just by pressing -> on the D pad. And no sorry, i cannot give this rom out as per rule #1.
