Don't think that's possible...
but it's possible to use native saves. Save the way you'd do it in the real game and then transfer the .fla file in the saves folder to nemu's save folder or something...i dunno really where nemu keeps the saves, but these ones will work.

It might need renaming and stuff. But it does read these; all emulators which supports native saves does. Because the data in it is actually written on the rom's request, so it's the same over all emulators.

1964 is using FlashRAM for Majora's Mask, and Nemu seems to be using SRAM, although I can't say for sure. I dunno if conversion is possible.
