I'm having trouble figuring out what the controls are for PJ64. Can anyone help out?

braff234, there's two reasons you got that answer
1) it's difficult for people very familiar with PJ64 to remember what it;s like not to know basic things. not your fault.
2) you're expected to read the Manual/FAQ for things like this. is your fault.

Are you new to emulation or something? Not to insult you or anything. It took me a LONG time to get used to how N64 emulators work. No big deal. Well, it seems like you already got your answer, but I'm sorry that some people like to bust balls in these forums. Just ignore them, and have fun. Any time you have a question, don't let the few jack-asses around here prevent you from asking for help.

Yeah I just downloaded it last week, it's pretty cool. Are there PS2 and X-Box emulators too or is it mainly the older systems?

For the PS2, yes.
X-BOX, not really. There are some very basic ones IIRC.
