Computer Problem Plz read need help

everytime i restart my comp everything goes fine then when i play any type of game or just use it it is so slow like clicky and slugish,then i have to wait an hour for it to regain speed(by leaving it alone)this happened when i got a new Ge Force 2 MX 400 graphics card i tryed updating drivers,disabling stuff in order to get more system resoureces basically eveything even reinstalling Windows plz help

AMD Athlon 1.1 gig
356 megs of ram
Ge Force 2 MX 400
Creative Audio PCI Sound Card

All I can say is : WinMe = shit
Memory management really suck in WinME

yah, i agree, winME is crap, either get xp, or go back to win98. let me suggest not pirating xp, becuase it just causes problems after problems, atleast did so for me. it crashed my harddrive three seperate times, so i just went back to 98.

I also experienced a lot of problems with xp(origional version) it erased a lot of progress on my emu GBXPLAYER furthermore a lot of things didn't function right.So my advice is stick with Win98
