First of all, there's a forum for this sort of thing.

This is perhaps even more relevant as 1964 netplay doesn't work properly in the current release.

Secondly, this forum, while quite active, probably isn't getting the instant response needed to arrange a netplay game. I suggest you use some sort of chat program to find an opponent.
