Cell-shading in Rice Video plugin

Rice, I was wondering if you can use some parts of the code presented here: http://nehe.gamedev.net/data/lessons/lesson.asp?lesson=37 for enabling cell-shading support in the opengl version of the plugin. Haven't looked at the code, just remembered that I've seen it before and googled it.
