Cannot download Project64 2.1

I cannot download Project64 2.1 Actually, no downloads at all are possible.
I go on pj64-emu.com/downloads/project64/binaries/ and click on "Project64 v2.1" or any other version. For a second a page loads and suddenly after i get a blank page with the text Illegal download attempt. I have javascritps and cookies enabled but it won't let me download the file.

Hello, had that problem to with my anti virus Avast. Disable the background protection and then you can download the file.

I am in italy, but i ain't italian. I have no firewall and no antivirus installed.
I use Mozilla firefox with adblock plus, javascript and cookies enabled.

If it's possible, create a torrent or upload the file to a free cyberlocker so that i can download it. Thanks.

Register on pj64-emu.com, login and try to again to download it (make sure that you are really logged in)

I just downloaded it with no problem. I didn't have to register and login.
