Nemu does not follow Zilmar Specs. Therefore there isnt the plugin option, other than for Nemu designed plugins. I recommend you use 1964 or PJ64 if you want good plugins

Not quite true, it does support the spec for graphics plugins.

As for helping out this member, he still needs to post his specs (and perhaps reply to one of the other 11 or so threads he has started up).

Minimal Recommendation:
Get a graphics card, I admit I used to have a Intel 82810E on my old computer, but it isnt good enough for N64 emulation. I recommend any Nvidia GeForce or ATI Radeon card (know if you have AGP or not before you get one).Your processor is ok but its still going to falter on some higher system required games.

My optimal recommendation is to get a totally new CPU (at least 1.4Ghz) I recommend a Pentium 4 processor (but Gamers recommend AMD athlon Processors), that has an open AGP interface, then go get a 128MB or 256 MB graphics card (although 32MB will do fine for N64 emulation)

Yeah, you don't even have a video card... you have integrated graphics. If you spent $50 on a cheap video card you would see much better results.
