I know that the best 1 and free is the dev cpp from bloodshed but, is there a pocket version 4 my handheld or a c++ compiler 4 palms?thx in advance!

There probably are, but um... Do you plan to write a Nintendo 64 emulator for PalmOS?

Actually I think that Dev-Cpp (the IDE, not MinGW, the compiler port that it uses) really sucks. I prefer "MinGW Studio" - anyhow, there is a port of the gcc compiler to work with PalmOS, I don't know about C++ but C perhaps. http://www.palmos.com/dev/tools/gcc/ is a good place to start.
