Booting...

Hey people!!
Nice to see dolphin releasing a new version!
I downloaded 1.02 , the .dll pack and Direct X 9.0c and the latest drivers for my vid card but when i open a .gcm file dolphin says : booting.... and then he doesnt do anything?? I tried to boot luigi's mansion , the GCM file is 1,35 GB.
Can someone help me?

I have the same problem too.
It just booting and dont show any Nintendo logo
How to fix it?
Please explain in more detail.
And what is NVM fixed IT??
