I think you have to execute the .reg files provided with the source of pj64 and the rsp plugin.

I dont see the debugger either, how do you do what is described above?

What version is this Project64 based on?

download the compiled versions in the thread .. double click on the .reg file .. and you should have it .. it should be from the source on the pj64 web site

OK, it looks like it's based on Project64 1.4.
