This might be something where everyone is waiting for. It will give very bad and sloooooooooooooow sound at old computers with the newer games (you can turn sound off for a little more speed), but it's a very good alternative for auto frame skip:
1. Disable video speed sync.
2. Use CF 2.
3. For optimal result use at the rom options auto sync + Jabo's direct 3d 1.20b or 1.30 if possible (does depend on the rom).
Known problems:
The time with smash bros is running slowly and the game is running fast and the intro too fast.
Doesn't work for all games (like f-zero x).
