Adding Filters to MAME

I thought myself how to compile with Mingw years ago but I forgot it wasnt that hard though. But I dont know how to add Scale4x Hq4 SuperScale and so on.

Can anyone Compile mame32plus with these extra filters and email it to me plz.. thnks for the help =)
