Acckkk!!! [ PSO (1+2) ] Gives me error 18 when i try to connect to my pc

connection attempt failed if you have a broadband adapter make sure that your network adapter cable is properly connected to the broadband adapter and that the broadband adapter settings are setup properly.

All im trying to do is connect to my pc

Is this allowed by the way asking about this if not ill request to get it deleted...
