Absolute best settings for Zelda: OoT?

I'm having some stuttering problems with Zelda: OoT, what are the best setting to use for this game?

OoT is pretty demanding... If you get sound problems, you probably need to use a lower resolution (use fullscreen), or turn down the sound quality a bit.

You can't lower the sound quality, and Zelda is hardly the most demanding game.

You need to describe the problem in greater detail.

When an enemy appears, such as the skeltons raising from the ground, the game will stutter.

you needed to start this thread by describing your system and the problem.

i have two suggestions
1) try the current beta rdb if you haven't already
2) try different video plugins (in case e.g. its texture caching related)

tell which if either suggestion helps.
