a zelda MoM glitch

i think it has to do with pj64 cause goodn64 said the rom is perfectly good. i cant walk pass this point. please someone tell me whats wrong here.

Check your graphics settings.
It is supposed to be a spiderweb were you´re trying to walk through.
You have to light a deku stick to burn the web.
