    The Legend of Zelda: Substance

Messing around with hires images from Fer's and I want to mess up Zelda. SO I decide making LEGEND OF ZELDA: Substance. This project is for laughs and to practice my texture making skills. Enjoy! SCREENSHOTZ

Couple of questions, before we get started in whatever.

    1. How do you work with peices of a logo? (eg. The Zelda Logo being in seprate images.)

    and

    2. How do I dump textures? (Since I am editing off of Fer's hires Project)

When I do logos I rearrange the textures so I know which one goes in which order, if it's a big work I'll write a key in notepad so i can keep track. Then I put together all the images on one big canvas and create the main image with each layer being one texture. Then I do my work, and either select specific layers or cut the canvas size and paste it into the window of the right texture and save it.

To dump textures enable the dump textures option in the menu for Rice's plug-in. Then look in plugin/hi-res/THE LEGEND OF ZELDA/ for the textures.

What do you exactly plan on doing with this mod?

OH! I see what you mean, get this huge Image, get the layers of each piece and piece it together.

In this mod, everything is not sane.

Piece them all together, make sure they're in order, rename all the layers to match the PNG name. Then make a logo, and ctrl + click the individual layers to get the appropriate slices.

    Hope that make sense
