How do I replace the textures used in a ROM? I wanna be able to do all that weird stuff I've seen others do.

I don't mean to be rude. But obviously you haven't bothered to look anywhere about how to do it. So have a look around and run some of your queries through the search function and get back to us when you need some more specific help.

May the force be with you.
