It's the minigolf mode of Mario Golf which can be easily accessed when you start the game. When you turn the player the screen looks like that but when you hold still, those yellow walls get annoyingly in the way.Originally Posted by Smiff

Ready 2 Rumble Boxing (E) (M3) [!] on the title screen the bottom of the boxers legs keep disappearing and during the introduction of the boxers the bottom of the screen the textures keep disappearing and during the game the bottom of the screen the ring disappears

Found an undocumented issue with Ogre Battle 64 on the title screen.
Shot #1: Jabo's D3D6 1.52/Jabo's D3D8 1.6
No silhouettes rendered on the hill
Shot #2: Direct64 (+ many other plugins)
Silhouettes are rendered on the hill, but incorrectly

during the game it only takes up 3/4 of the screen
NHL Pro 99 (E) [!] and NHL Blades of Steel '99 (U) [!] you can see the players through the sign boards

Dr Mario 64 (U) [!] in select a mode there is a graphics glitch
in Story ,VS.Computer and Flash the backgrounds are messed up
in Marathon some of the numbers are incomplete
