2 problems with Zelda: Ocarina of Time

1st:
I am having trouble finding Rice's latest video plugin which 1964 says is needed for the game. That will solve the video display issue seen in the picture below so all I need is a link to download Rice's latest video plugin and maybe a few intsruction on intsalling it properly.

2nd:
The no controller message. Obviousy it detects no controller and it makes sense. Heres the problem: Its an emulation for the PC it should detect my KEYBOARD as the controller and let me set up the buttons. Seriuosly this 2nd problem is more confusing to me because all i need is a link for 1st problem but this one seems a little odd.

In controller options there is most likely a checkbox to determine if the controller is plugged in. It doesn't directly check the PS2 connection of your keyboard, it's not that advanced and in many cases that would lead to more problems.
