1. Checking if the rom is a good dump "[!]" (Use GoodN64 or mupen's checking feature)
2. Use a suitable plugin
(I recommend Jabo's D3D6 1.5/D3D7 1.40 or glNintendo64() 0.32beta)
3. Make sure you meet the system requirements (this is one of the larger roms, so will need more RAM to play)
Glide64 plays the game nearly flawlessly.
eVoodoo breaks the lens of truth, and has Z-Buffer issues that are too much to describe here (but that can be mostly remedied)
I think you need to make sure the PJ64 RSP.DLL is in the plugins directory.
