1964 and Pj64

I DONT GET IT....MY FAVORITE GAME WORKS ONLY ON PJ64 AND NOT ON 1964 IM USING THE SAME PLUGINS FOR BOTH AND THEY DONT WORK...i dont get it... plz help me!

What favorite games are we talking about here? I would say that PJ64 is more compatible than 1964, but not as fast on my pc.
