1964 8.3 problem

when ever i load any game it just stays at the same white screen but shows the VI running im i tryed tweaking with plugins but it didnt help any suggestions?

- What is your video card?
- What game(s) are you trying to play?

i tryed using rice's new one and jabos one.
i tryed playing Kirby,Conkers,Flying Dragon,Nightmare Creatures.
OS,Windows XP Pro.
AMD Athlon 1.1 gig 386 megs ram.
GeForce 2 MX 400 64 MB.

That's strange.

Do you have Win98? If yes, try 1964 0.7.3, PJ64 1.5b1, or wait for the next release of 1964...
What's your detonator version? 30.82 works fine here.
