Where does Dolphin save Wii Saves to? (Er if it's important the game I am asking about specifically is Tales Of Symphonia Dawn Of The New World.)

I found this code, Multiple pokemon(safron only) 8113140D 0001 Crazy pokemon(safron only) 8113140E 0001 but the first code doesn't seem to work :( is it wrong? I was trying to make lots of pokemon coming out of saffron city at the same time is it the right code?

Like Say get a Texture that was ment to work on Jabo 8 and Make it work on Rice's Plugin. (or the other way around) Is it possible to do it easily? (I want to do this because There are some good textures on each side and I want to mix them both together or something XD)

For some reason it keeps adding by it's self in the Rom Directory some random letters, It looks fine when i browse for the folder and hit ok but i still see no roms after pushing refresh and when I got back to the Directory it added something to the end of the Rom Directory.... also "last folder...

I tried it but all I get is a black Screen.....

When selecting codes I get this (=> ?) what does it mean?
