In my Mame32Plus .79, for some odd reason I cannot access the config menu usually accessed by pressing Tab. How does one solve this problem? Or how can one config the damn thing so the config menu can be accessed? What do to? (!)

Is there any way to get the Universal Bios to work on a Arcade Emulator. Maybe Mame or any other Emulator. I would like to play the Arcade Games as if I am playing it on a console. More like the console version of them. Doesn't have to be the console version, but at least look and play like it is.

Can you explain how this works for Neogeo games and not Capcom games like Marvel Super Heroes VS Capcom or any other game and is there a file out there that works like the dipswitch for Capcom games or any other games. And what is this Universal Bios and it's purpose?

Is there anyway to get good gameplay, sound and graphics out of emulating these N64 games? Most games emulated look like crap. I've never had this problem before with Snes or GBA roms which comes from cartridges. Why is it hard to get near perfect gameplay (no slow downs or frame skipping)...
