I just recently downloaded 1964, so I still don't know anything about. Right now, my problem is that the roms move way too fast when I play them. What settings should I put the emulator on to make them run at normal speed?

I just accessed a menu called "advanced options" for Project 64. It has a few options such as "force blending", "force depth", and "disable internal geometry." If this section is accessed, you get a message saying, "Use at your own risk." It's not exactly clear, so what exactly are these risks?
