I'm playing Chrono Cross on my ePSXe emulator (PS1 emu) The game works very well, nice speed and graphics. There's just ONE problem ingame. Whenever I want to use an Element, the game keeps freezing. How do I fix this?

I have this 1 solid problem here. I have my games set up. Whenever I open the game file, a pop-up says: Now here's the problem. I download DirectX 9.0c, but as I install it, an error pops up saying that there are components within the installation that can't be trusted... so the installation...
