Every great Mario game has it's version of Mario Kart, Super Mario World and Super Mario Kart, Super Mario 64 and Mario Kart 64, Super Mario Sunshine and Mario Kart Double Dash, so I figured, hey, what would a Mario Kart look like for my Cartoon Mario 64 pack. Here you go!

As we all remember, Orkin was coming out with the Cel plugin, and gosh it has been agessss since any updates.... So.... Anybody have any ideas about the progress made on it?
