On the title screen and every screen that's supposed to show words (i.e. New Game, Load Game, Quit, etc.), it doesn't show the words, instead it shows some wierd bars. What can I do to fix this?

A few times, after I exited full-screen, my PC resets. Does anyone know why? I think it was because I was running other programs that made it crash.

Specifically this one: http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=334154&pfp=compare& I am thinking of buying it if I'll be able to play. If so, will I be needing anything else for it to work? i.e. a plugin or something? Thanks for your help.
