About the Voice Pak

Ermmmmm do u know what pluggins are supported the microphone?I wanna play "Hey,You Pikachu!" but i just cant find the pluggins.:nemu:

You can't find any plugins because there aren't any plugins that support the microphone.

At present no one and I mean no one has made (or is making) a plugin for the voice pack. The reason for this, is that while demand is rather high for it, there are too many other features (and games) that are high up on the list and need to be emulated as best as possible. Voice pack is pretty low on the list.

Yeah, it must've had relatively good voice interpretation firmware to work so well with Hey You Pikachu. Or was that all done on the game's end?

Well that, too. You can't emulate something you don't understand. Though it's low on the list of things to figure out, especially with games like Golden Eye still needing to be fixed to run in the proper speed.

Not at all, however it does have a funny story. Back in the day (probably about 3 years ago) I was into flash (of course, contrast to my knowledge I was terrible with it) and I knew I needed a good name. At the time I looked up to the animator named LegendaryFrog, and I decided to go off of his "AdjectiveNoun" type name (though samurai is a noun too, it's sorta an adjective in this case) and after some amount of thinking, I have no idea how but I came up with SamuraiMushroom. Since then I've gotten more aquanted to it, so I wouldn't want to give it up. Everyone calls me Sam, etc. However, I've never heard of the webcomic. Google my name and all the places I've been comes up before the webcomic does, originality ftw.

Ah. Pretty cool method of creating a name for yourself. And yes, I Googled you, and you dominate almost all of the front page. Though, if you put a space between Samurai and Mushroom, the comic does instead.

The reason I asked, is because the author (technically artist, since her husband is the one in charge of the story) is one of my oldest friends (going back to childhood) and I thought it was an homage to their comic.

I always thought homages for names was pretty lame. But that's pretty cool that you know them so well. I read the first few issues of the comic, it's pretty funny :V

Good point about homages. And yeah, it's neat to know someone that makes a webcomic personally. I even went to high school with both of them back in the day.
