Could someone possibly post or link me to Rice's Video 6.1.3DX9? (or Mudlord.... whoever the hell it is nowadays.)
Its so I can use it with the Bloom+cel shaders etc. A forum search and lengthy Google searching brought up nothing except some useless japanese site. I used to have it on my old machine until it got rubbed.
