In OOT or MM can you do more than texture? Can you change monster locations? Change Code?

What are you talking about is about hacking the rom by editing the rom not replacing temporarily, you can go to Zelda coalition (http://zso.krahs-emag.com/zcforums/)
Here is just retexture projects, so sorry wrong section
