  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart

Finding Textures for Designated Maps

I am working on my textures and just wanted to know if there is a way to find textures for a designated map. I'm trying to change the water textures of the outside map for Super Mario 64 and the drawback is I don't know where the water textures are in the dumped folder because there are soo many and they all look alike! So in conclusion is there a way to find and use textures for a map without going through the whole dumped folder. If I can do this I can be set and ready to start my project.

Also Note this goes with all textures not just water textures

How bout this- take all of the ones that you think are it, and make each one a different color. That will help you find which one it is.
