What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart

Update Rice Wikipedia entry

I was trying to find a download link for the plugin yesterday and the Rice Video wikipedia article was one of the first google search results. I noticed that the article was pretty much unreadable and the links were dead, so I made some corrections. But someone more knowledgeable than I should probably do a rewrite.

Haha, I didn't do that! The image was already there. Definitely needs to be corrected.

Perhaps someone should make a before/after screenshot comparison for djipi's zelda cell shade pack and replace the mario image.

Before I made corrections it also said that you needed to download a separate texture loading program to use high-rez textures. And for some reason it listed like 15 separate CPU models the plugin is compatible with instead of just saying pentium3 or newer.
