What's new
  • Most issues reported these days stem from users not enabling their emulators to use the required amount of RAM.
We also tend not to use the search feature but post our issues within the texture pack release page.
Failure to load a texture pack should not be posted in the release thread unless you have already patched the emulator.

If you don't have the resources to use Large/HD texture packs please do not attempt to do so.
Users should have a minimum amount of System RAM not less then 4GB's.
If you have less then 4GB's of RAM do not post about how your emulator crashes,
RAM is dirt cheap so invest some money into your PC.

I would like to say thanks to squall_leonhart
    for posting this Solution.

Uhm.. I don't think you can do that. You'd basically have to remake the game, I would think.

Errr.. that's an impossible request. The karts in MK64 are series of sprites while DKR has actual 3D models.

Take snapshots of the Karts in Diddy kong in the same positions as the karts IN MarioKatr and import them!

Jut press Print Screen while playing game then copy past in a photo editing prog (MSpaint will make it look a bit crappy if not careful)

Dont even bother theres well over 500 frames for each kart. Its just not possiable with the tools available. Even if you could get the dumps....and I have. Organizing them is a pain in the arse, and not only that but why would you want a crossover MK64 and DK64....anyhow its just silly the manpower, and time that goes into this worthless crossover could have been spent adding high-rez karts for Mariokart64.

If I was to get enough time on my hands I could do it (Kerb knows I have the gift of patience :p), but I wouldn't then hand the textures to someone else as a 'helper'.

Sorry mate, but I think you're lucked out with the karts. As other people have said, its simply too time consuming.
