Afaik it doesn't have/use spyware but you might want to look at DC++ or oDC, both vastly superior... :D

Hmm...I never had the patience to figure out how to get DC to work. Another thing is the nodes always require you to have an insane amount of warez (sometimes 120+ gigs) just to even take a look at what they have.
