zelda duka tree glitch?

In the duka tree i get to the room with the spinning barbed trap. But there is no button under the water to press.

How can i get it to appear?
Can i get around this?
Is it the rom?


any help would be appreciated.

The Deku Tree's not in Majora's Mask. Ocarina of Time is the thing to search for.

@IfReborn: Just as a guess, I don't suppose you were playing the Master Quest version of the game?
