If Vista gets pirated quickly I'll surely use it for my primary AMD64 system. However I still need the XP SP3 for my secondary P4 willamette system

Please realize Microsoft is there to make money, they will make more money if people buy pre release Vista packages instead of waiting to have the fixed XP SP3 patch set.

The problem has been many of MS hotpatchs are more harmful than good. Some are just plain suspicious (since they alter other programs other than the OS <think competitors software>).

Remember MS's motto for MSDOS 4.0 "It's not done until it CAN'T run lotus 123!"
