WWF No Mercy Save Problem

Im having a problem with WWF No Mercy on 1964. When I change a wrestlers outfit and then go to a match it goes back to the default outfit. (I cant use PJ64 because for some strange reason the game has gotten very slow)

The save issue is also in the real game. It saves for a while then the save disappears it was a bug in the No Mercy game and nothing seems to have ever been done about it

Can anybody else help me this doesnt happen in Project 64 ( No Mercy is slow in PJ 64)

matthew, this glitch is actually different. Your data and stuff stays there (e.g. CAWs), but you can't edit them anymore.
