This is one of my favorite N64 games. We have video now with Rices plugin but it only show the load screen or the controller pak menu if you dont have enough free pages. I was wondering if anyone was working on getting it working. I know its something to do with sound right?? I change the sound plugins and some dont even show the video. Id really like to play it. I hope someone is working on it. If you have any info plz share.

Nothing major - but this game boots in Nemu 8. You need to use Rices latest plugin and disable Video HLE in Nemu's options.

After it has loaded (you won't see anything but a flickering white band) you can Enable Video HLE which fixes the picture - but unfortunately locks up the emulator.

Still it's a start :D

hmm with every emulators it boots ...

it lock just after the first screen :(

i never get futher

Use Rice 6.1 !!!

I know it just boots with every emulator, this way it goes past that though and you can see the 'press start' screen and the options menu (as well as hearing garbled sound).

Be nice if this one gets solved at some point :)

And I did use Rice 6.1 (as I noted in the PM I sent you!)

wow !!!! good point !!! sorry i didn't understand what you mean !!!

hmm very interesting even i can't reproduce it

can you explain me how you do it ?

what is exactly your sound configuration ?

Ignore the sound config
Disable Video HLE before beginning
Use Rices 6.10
Use 8mb Memory setting
Ensure Memory pak is enabled

Start the rom with Video HLE disabled, and you'll get no title screen, but you will get some garbled audio, keep pressing buttons and you'll hear menu screens/option screens. At any point in that time turn on Video HLE.

Graphics will show up, game will crash. Game also crashes it appears when it tries to load in the first level.

ok need either no prebuffering either no synchro to get sound

very unstable

it suffers the same problem than top gear rally (exactly the same way to get sound with Nemu with this game) as i said to Azimer

very nice discovery !!!
