If I'm missing any info. please let me know. I'm not very knowledgeable about video cards, and I suspect that is my problem that not only DC games won't work, but also with PC. :(

Thanks for anywho who can tell me some suggestions. :)

That would depend on what type of slots you have available. If your motherboard has PCI Express, AGP or PCI. You can usually tell by looking at it. PCI being the worst case scenario and PCI Express being the best. Try to stick to something along the lines of at least a GeForce 6xxx series or the ATI equivalent.;)

Alright, I got a AGP GeForce 6600 but I'm having problem installing it...Does it need to be hooked up to the battery supply? Been struggling with it for hours. =\ I'm planning on exchanging it for a ATI...

Btw, they didn't include any manual, bolts, nuts, nothing. =\

Contact whoever sold you the card and get it installed there or get a professional you trust to install it for you.

It's from Kaser...There's no phone number on the box, probably only from there site. LOL. I don't really like that company...I should know how to install it, I mean, I did install my internet hard drive.

I'll try something from ATI tomorrow. :)

Edit: well, I finally seem to get it working but it is very unstable. :( One touch to the monitor plug and the whole thing goes black out. =\

WhiteX's advice is exactly what you need to follow. If you don't know what you're doing, not only can you damage your video card, but also the other components in your PC. (Happy 2,000th WhiteX. :))

Sorry WhiteX and Toasty...hehe I kind of did it myself and it's working 100%. It's weird because the GeForce 6600 didn't work...It was unstable so I got an ATI one for 20 more bucks.

Error: "A problem occurred initializing Direct3D. Hardware acceleration mode disabled, please run DXDIAG." when playing halo pc. :(

Refurbished card? Umm..no, I buy them from a store called future shop. I actually don't really card about halo. The DC games that didn't work before are working now. :)

I got all the latest drive and direct X version.
